Houck, a CPA and CFP® who is well aware of the balancing act tax and investment considerations play in determining total executive compensation and integrating executive portfolios. Prior to founding Heritage, Mr. Houck worked at a Big Five accounting organization and built a successful financial advisory and tax practice.

Based on his experience with successfully orchestrating the different elements that create effective executive programs, Mr. Houck founded an organization that integrates creative solutions for corporations and their executives.
