At Heritage Executive Consulting, we realize that no two corporations are the same. Each of our clients has very different executive compensation needs and very different ideas about what their total compensation plan should look like. Our extensive knowledge of financial, tax and benefits regulations and practices enables Heritage to present a variety of options and provide expert guidance in tailoring the most appropriate approaches.

As an educator, Heritage provides key executives with a comprehensive awareness and understanding of their executive benefits plan to encourage plan participation and make the best use of their plan resources.
